1 Eligibility and Age Requirement

2 Account Registration
2.1 Registration Terms
To create an account on ck22, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. All details, including your name, address, phone number, and date of birth, must be truthful. ck22 reserves the right to close any account where false information has been provided.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Each person may operate only one account. Creating or operating multiple accounts is a clear violation of our Terms. In such cases, all associated accounts will be closed and any bonuses and winnings earned may be cancelled.
2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
3 Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
ck22 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). No other methods are currently accepted.
3.2 Minimum Amounts
- Minimum deposit: ৳100 (for all methods)

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe
Approved withdrawals will generally reach your chosen method within 15 minutes to 2 hours. If verification is incomplete or there are issues with your account, it may take a little longer.
3.4 Source of Funds
You must confirm that any funds you deposit come entirely from a legitimate source and that you are the rightful owner of those funds. Using a third party's payment method is strictly prohibited. ck22 must not be used for money laundering or any unlawful purpose. For suspicious transactions, ck22 may request supporting documentation and place the transaction on hold.
4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at ck22 can receive up to a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
- Deposit ৳6,000 → ৳5,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳11,000
4.2 Wagering Requirements
A 25x wagering requirement must be met before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 in bets required before withdrawal.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each promotional offer has a specific validity period, which is stated on the relevant promotion page.
- Bonus funds are not equivalent to cash and cannot be withdrawn directly.
- Attempting to claim a bonus more than once from the same person, household, device, or IP address is not permitted.
- If ck22 finds evidence of bonus abuse, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.
- Any bonus applies only to users aged 21 or older.
5 Gaming Rules
5.1 Game Fairness
All games on ck22 are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures completely fair and unbiased results. Each game outcome is independent and not influenced by any previous result.
5.2 Technical Issues
If your internet connection is lost or a server issue occurs during a game, ck22 will use server logs to determine the progress of that game. If an incorrect payout is displayed unintentionally due to a technical error, ck22 reserves the right to correct that amount.

6 Sports Betting
6.1 Betting Rules
In sports betting, once a bet amount has been confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled. Bets must be placed before the event begins (live betting options are indicated separately). Win or loss is determined on the basis of the announced result.
6.2 Event Cancellation and Postponement
If an event is cancelled, postponed, or ends before regular time, ck22 may refund the deposit amount for the relevant bet. In special circumstances, ck22's decision will be considered final.
6.3 Suspicious Sports Results
If evidence of match-fixing or suspicious activity is found, ck22 reserves the right to void the relevant bets. If an attempt is made to gain abnormal profits through organised group fraud, the account will be subject to investigation.
7 User Code of Conduct
Users of the ck22 platform must completely refrain from the following activities:
- Misconduct or harassment towards other users.
- Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's software, games, or payment systems.
- Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
- Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotional offers.

10 Limitation of Liability
ck22 provides its services on an "as is" basis and accepts no liability for the following:
- Inability to play games due to internet outages or third-party software issues.
- Damage caused by your personal device or network.
- Damage caused by your login details being disclosed to another person.
- Service disruption due to reasons beyond our control (Force Majeure).
